Move to using the MatchOperations API rather than directly interfacing with the schedule, thus picking up match releasing support.
Not sure I like having these coupled to deploying. There's also a lot of duplicate code here. Would be good to pull out some of the deploy boilerplate.

The changes here are fairly light so far, though this PR will also need to grow a CLI for actually doing the release & reset operations.
