Updates stable upstream toolchain source metadata from official releases (musl 1.2.5 -> 1.2.6). Merging this PR builds only affected immutable toolchains. Failed candidate builds leave the current finished toolchain lock unchanged.
Recovered from workflow run 33492073850 after organization Actions policy blocked automated pull-request creation.
