Closing: this PR was a formatting-only diff caused by the update script serializing with jq -S (alphabetized keys) while the committed lock uses logical key order. Fixed in e25c797-era commit: script now writes canonical order and the workflow compares semantically. A real update (musl 1.2.6) will follow as a proper PR. |

Updates stable upstream toolchain source metadata from official releases. Merging this PR builds only affected immutable toolchains. Failed candidate builds leave the current finished toolchain lock unchanged.\n\nRecovered from scheduled workflow run 33380010664 after organization Actions policy blocked automated pull-request creation.
