Doesnt work on macOS 27

Describe the bug

1. Game does not start
2. Cant uninstall SMAPI:

To Reproduce
Open install on macOS.command to see the above. Otherwise, start the game in Steam and it will show an error, too.

Update: Both game and Smapi work again after fully uninstalling/reinstalling Steam

This can happen if you run it immediately after updating, since Rosetta isn't installed (required to run non-ARM code on the M chips). Running softwareupdate --install-rosetta will fix it (this is normally triggered when installing an app the "normal" way, like you did when installing Steam). @ maintainers, maybe it'd be a good idea to mention Rosetta/etc on https://stardewvalleywiki.com/Modding:Player_Guide/Troubleshooting ?
