Package the immutable Web Console188 native tooltip listener lifecycle fix after real QA8080 browser acceptance found the remaining Ember5 hover regression in187. Four new focused actual-DOM cases passed, including mount/unmount listener identity and existing action-menu virtual dispatch. Preserve Engine348 and all authentication, registration, authorization, network backend, performance and volume contracts. Update only component/release pins and unchanged security decisions with the new release identity. Align current published installation docs to the already verified532 artifact while533 remains a candidate; numeric installation tags only. Thirty-six directly affected packaging contracts passed. Retain all normal required CodeQL/source/security/publication gates; native52-view acceptance is still pending and cannot be inferred from source tests.
