Package immutable Web Console 1.6.187 for shared localized clipboard initialization, failure feedback, active trigger ownership and bounded viewport text. Preserve unchanged Engine v0.183.348, all other component pins, registration APIs, authentication, permissions and networking. Thirteen focused rendered cases plus one corrected fixture case passed; 32 keys across 13 locales passed resource contracts. Official Web archive and signed normally merged source passed anonymous immutable readback. Thirty-six changed-input packaging contracts passed. Keep the existing VEX decisions and exact vendor-pending policy with only the new release identity. Server build/security/publication and real-browser 52-view locale/theme/viewport acceptance remain separate gates. Preserve every normal required CodeQL and source check.
