The unchanged official Server531 publication scan identified 12 new package findings for six PCRE2 CVEs, all Ubuntu-priority Medium with no available Ubuntu fixed version. Record the exact findings, official upstream status and review deadline; retain the existing project-review state, severity limits, empty-fixed-version requirement, exact-set equality, VEX and all required gates. The original validator passed against the actual 20-row unresolved scan (10 CVEs). No runtime code or dependency changes. The initial official run failed closed and published nothing; restart publication only from this normally checked signed source.
