Package the immutable Engine v0.183.348 and Web Console 1.6.186 releases. Fix the Native template/default binding contract and render distinct native machine-driver names, without changing driver IDs or networking backend ownership. Component acceptance: 14 focused Engine cases and 4 native-model rendered UI cases passed; the 36 existing packaging controls passed. Preserve other component pins, schema hashes, VEX decisions, normal source gates and all required CodeQL checks. Native first-host and existing-install upgrade acceptance remain separate gates; README installation tag stays published until Server publication is verified.
