Package immutable Web185 from normally signed checked PR203; official archive anonymously read back. Add the shared authenticated /account/keys entry for users without an environment, loading both own Key subtypes without environment-Key requests and keeping targetKey audit on the account route. Preserve existing environment navigation, Engine347, CLI0.6.14, all other component/toolchain pins, MFA/session, roles, Key authorization, nftables, runtime configuration, VEX decisions and vendor-pending exact-set. Ten focused Web tests passed without replaying unaffected tests. Source submission requires the complete original source gate and all 36 packaging controls; normal security/SBOM/CodeQL/build/immutable publication gates remain mandatory. Current installation remains actually published529 until530 publication/readback. Packaged native account-Key acceptance and deployment remain pending; no whole matrix or company-site PASS.
