Package immutable Engine347 / Web184 from normally signed checked PR113/201; official assets anonymously read back. Preserve first subscription terminal cause, exactly-once physical cleanup, bounded metadata-only retry, and translated subscription audit label. Full/legacy authorization, restricted live checks, role boundaries, other components, CLI0.6.14, OIDC/session, nftables and runtime config stay unchanged. Focused Engine30 / Web3 including13 compiled locales passed; Server36 packaging controls and original source gate passed. All normal security/SBOM/CodeQL/build/immutable publication gates remain mandatory. Current installation remains actually published528 until529 readback. New affected native subscription/UI and8080 deployment pending; whole matrix not claimed. No production-company change/runtime patch/security waiver.
