Adds immutable Network Services directory
10(v0.3.8) and makes it the default. It updates only Network Plugin Manager fromv0.8.21to the publishedv0.8.22, whose CNI convergence fixes duplicate historical/current platform configuration during an infrastructure upgrade. Directory9remains unchanged, and Metadata Servicev0.9.11, Internal DNSv0.17.11, every question/default, firewall selection, volume and sidekick relationship are preserved.Records the official component release, source commit
7b0920aa0c8f3b2c009c9c47c94c4d21b77c7077, manifest digest, linux/amd64 registry readback and fresh-database runtime scan evidence in the existing image inventory. Updates version indexes, documentation and Catalog tests for repository releasev0.3.13. Component publication and Catalog validation do not establish completion of the managed QA deployment or rollback.Validation: version labels, firewall-backend contract, exact
9to10manifest/question comparison, official asset checksums and registry/SBOM source agreement passed. All previous image inventory entries and Network Services directories1through9are unchanged. The canonical-LF local audit has zero blockers. CI adds live Catalog Service lookups for both version IDs9and10; the exact branch validation run is dispatched alongside the required PR checks.
