Closing this PR because Particular.Approvals 2.0.1 dropped support for net48 and only targets net8.0, which breaks the ServicePulse.Host.Tests project. We'll need to either update that test project to target net8.0 or pin to an older version of Particular.Approvals that still supports net48 before this upgrade can be accepted.
