Found while dogfooding.

before after
client closes stdin server still running 30 s later (orphan) exits immediately, code 0
first run on a workspace that is rejected (missing / unsafe) opens an empty dashboard tab no tab

Verified with a Python stdio probe (NEUROMESH_NO_BROWSER=1, temp home). Nine benchmark sets unchanged.

…ace it won't index

Found while dogfooding (Parsa: "it shows nothing — no modules"):
- The server stayed alive after stdin closed (dropping the runtime waited on
the file watcher's blocking task): every client that disconnected without a
kill left an orphan process. A probe that closed stdin found it running 10
minutes later; now it exits with code 0 right away.
- On a first run per project the server opens the web dashboard. When the
workspace is rejected (missing path, unsafe root) nothing is indexed, so that
tab showed an empty graph. `spawn_live_sync` now reports whether it indexes,
and only an indexed workspace gets the first-run tab.

Nine sets unchanged.
