@PCCV I noticed you made a DOI release yesterday. Is this pull request still of interest to you? Deploying this as a Maven artifact from https://maven.scijava.org would allow third-party projects to easily depend on a reproducible version of this plugin. Let me know and I'll rebase the PR branch to resolve current conflicts. BTW, I noticed that recent changes introduce a reference to |

This PR adds proper dependency management using Maven.
It allows to build this plugin and copy the jar file and its dependencies into an existing ImageJ installation with a single line:
