Replace CI’s Node 16.19.0 selection with Node 22.23.4. This release contains the Brotli decoder fix for CVE-2026-111497.
Validation: changed workflow parses as YAML; normal Brotli compression/decompression roundtrip passed on Node 22.23.4. The full repository-specific CI jobs were not run locally.
Node security release.
CI readback: Initial CI: SDK freshness, device/toolchain and fuzzing gates fail. The E2E job containing the changed Node selection is skipped behind the failing prerequisites.
