Basic system for parsing and executing condition scripts, integrated into the existing
ConditionScriptobject andparse_definesfunctions system.This is not yet exepcted to work for everything or be exactly faithful to Vic2, the main part is the overall infrastructure rather than the specific parsing and execution callbacks.
Ideally this will work for all vanilla inventions (definitely
limitand maybechancetoo)
