This PR provides the final project report for the WoC 5.0 project.
The report summarizes technical achievements (11 fuzzers), 2 critical bug fixes (Issues #10, #11), unit test coverage improvements (+2.7%), and successful OSS-Fuzz integration (PR #15029).
