App side of OpenMouse-Project/mouse-protocol#140 (Discord ticket #105, G-Wolves HTX Mini 8K).

Draft until that PR is released: this needs the @openmouse/protocol bump added. Without it, the traits entry opens a sleep card that the 0.18.0 client can't fill.

Changes

  • traits.ts: gwolves-xvi gets the advanced section, sleep and debounce, so the new driver fields render (sleep and processing cards, debounce on the Buttons tab). There is no signal-strength command on these mice. The button remap card already follows buttonMappings.
  • Hardware test: the lift-off leg always wrote Medium (or Low from Medium). The HTX Mini offers only Low and High, and the owner's diagnostics log shows the leg failing on every run with "offers only the 1 mm and 2 mm lift-off distances". pickFlashLiftOffTarget now takes supportedLiftOffDistances and falls back through Medium, Low, High.

Testing

  • npm run build and npm test (241 pass)
  • New tests for the gwolves-xvi card availability and the Low/High-only lift-off target
  • Checked in a local preview fixture shaped like the new driver status (not committed): Motion Sync and angle snapping on Performance, debounce and the five-button remap on Buttons, auto sleep on Advanced

The protocol driver for G-Wolves' XVI generation (HTX Mini 8K and
friends) now reads sleep, debounce, Motion Sync and angle snapping.
Those cards only render for a family in traits.ts, so gwolves-xvi gets
the advanced section, sleep and debounce. There is no signal-strength
command on these mice, so no signal card.

The hardware test's lift-off leg always wrote Medium (or Low from
Medium), which the HTX Mini refuses: it offers only Low and High, and
the ticket #105 log shows the leg failing on every run.
pickFlashLiftOffTarget now takes the device's supportedLiftOffDistances
and falls back through Medium, Low, High.
