Bridge doesnt recover when waking PC up from hibernation#16

OS: Windows 10 22H2
Bridge version: v1.0.0-beta.14

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open bridge
  2. Put PC into hibernation
  3. Wake PC after lets say 10mins
  4. Bridge isnt open anymore

    Fixed on main via #23 — Bridge relaunches if the Glow tray loop dies after hibernate.
