Fixes #2527
SwapTradeCsvPlugin currently assumes every cross-currency convention is XCcyIborIborSwapConvention. This adds convention dispatch for XCcyOvernightOvernightSwapConvention while preserving existing Ibor-Ibor parsing.
Added a CSV loader regression fixture for EUR-ESTR/ USD-SOFR overnight swaps.
Tests: mvn -pl modules/loader -am -Dtest=TradeCsvLoaderTest -DfailIfNoTests=false test -q
