I see that this is for the master branch. Would be nice to have this in the Master Catalog |

Dave, can you merge this? It is working much better and should be tested by users more? |

Update xGRIB to 0.4.1.0 across the eleven existing platform entries. This includes Routing forecast gust support and fixes the Windows wxWidgets 3.3.4 list/string-container compatibility issues.
Packages are published in xgrib-prod and mirrored in the 0.4.1 release. All 24 cross-platform/API CircleCI jobs pass on the released source: qualification. The eleven public package/XML pairs were independently downloaded and checksum-verified; embedded metadata matches the catalogue XML, and publication preserves the tested code/data payloads.
Windows x64 host requirement: the
msvc-64:10:x86_640.4.1 package uses wxWidgets 3.3.4, matching the current official OpenCPN 5.15.0 development host (e41f0de5d, containing OpenCPN #5499). The older experimental 5.14.2 x64 host uses wxWidgets 3.2.9 and cannot load this binary. Both hosts still advertise the same catalogue target, so this PR proposes the x64 entry's transition to the current host; it does not add two interchangeable ABI variants. The separately named wx3.2.9 compatibility artifact is retained in the qualification run. Windows x86 continues to use wxWidgets 3.2.8.Both x64 toolkit builds pass tests, stock Plugin Manager import, initialization, reinstall/restart and normal shutdown. Production Windows packaging also embeds metadata before acceptance and pins retained, checksum-verified official installers. The generator is unchanged from 0.4.0.
Validation: all eleven selected entries pass the catalogue schema and URL/package checks; the aggregate catalogue has no new schema errors. Only xGRIB metadata is changed;
ocpn-plugins.xmlis generated by the catalogue workflow.
