docs: add agent-assisted first setup guide

Summary

• add a new agent-assisted first setup guide for Claude, Codex, Gemini CLI, Cursor, and other coding agents
• provide scoped prompts for read-only inspection, cloud LLM setup, local LLM setup, and final validation
• add Quick Start links to the new guide in Chinese and English docs

Why

Initial Open-LLM-VTuber setup can involve dependency installation, conf.yaml, LLM, ASR, TTS, Live2D, frontend connection, and local network issues at once. This guide gives users a safer way to ask coding agents for help without exposing secrets or making unnecessary source changes.
