feat(projects): add otis

Summary

Adds project pages for Otis (DE and EN), modelled on the Falco pages, and links them to and from the two existing Otis blog posts.

Facts and sources

• Repository: https://github.com/OneLiteFeatherNET/Otis (public, default branch main, last push 2026-10-07). Name and description come from the GitHub API.
• Otis is a Micronaut REST service that stores player master data (Mojang UUID, internal UUID, name, language, first/last join, profile textures). Source: README.md, backend/.../dto/OtisPlayerDTO.java, backend/.../database/entity/OtisPlayer.java.
• Endpoints (/otis, /search): from the README table.
• License Apache-2.0: GitHub API license info and the LICENSE file.
• Java 25: options.release.set(25) in the root build.gradle.kts. Micronaut 4.10.2: gradle.properties.
• Modules: backend, java-client (generated from the OpenAPI spec), velocity-plugin, docker/docker-compose.yml (MariaDB). Maven publishing to repo.onelitefeather.dev is configured in the backend and client build files.
• Velocity plugin behaviour (creates and updates records on join/leave): velocity-plugin/README.md.
• Status active: last push and last release (v1.17.0, 2026-10-07) are recent.
• releasedAt 2025-08-06: earliest GitHub release is v1.0.1, published 2025-08-06 (a v1.0.0 tag exists without a release).
• RFC 9457 error responses: changelog entry for 1.17.0.
• Platform Velocity: the only in-game integration in the repo is the Velocity plugin.
• Docs: https://docs.onelitefeather.net/otis returned HTTP 404 on 2026-10-11, so no docs link. The page says there is no dedicated docs site yet and points to the README.

Open points for review

• Maintainers: the README names no one. themeinerlp is used, same default as Falco. Commit history shows TheMeinerLP (21 commits) and Phillipp Glanz (8 commits), and the blog's schemaOrg names Phillipp Glanz as author. Please confirm the maintainer slug.
• Platforms: Velocity is a judgement call. The backend is platform-agnostic; drop the field if you prefer not to list a platform.
• Logo: none added, the logo field is optional.
• Docs link: add links.docs once docs.onelitefeather.net/otis exists.
• Blog cross-links: one sentence per blog post (DE and EN) linking to the project page; the project page links back to the blog post in both languages.

Tests

• pnpm exec vitest run tests/content tests/projects: 28 files, 320 tests passed.
• pnpm test (full suite): 164 files, 1299 tests passed.
• Not run: pnpm build and pnpm quality (not requested for this change; CI runs them).
• .nuxtrc churn from the test run was reverted and not committed.
