fix(projects): point anti-redstoneclock-remastered to the new docs

Points the Anti-RedstoneClock-Remastered project page (EN and DE) at the new documentation and corrects the default behaviour described on the page. Only content in content/projects/{en,de}/anti-redstoneclock-remastered.md changed. The blog post plugins-open-for-adoption.md has no outdated docs link (only the correct GitHub source), so it is untouched.

• Default behaviour (EN and DE): defaults are clock.autoBreak: true and notifications to console, admins, Discord and sign. The sign target replaces the clock's block with a sign, so the old "places a warning sign and breaks the block" wording was corrected. Links to .../reference/configuration.
• updatedAt: 2026-10-07 -> 2026-10-10 (EN and DE)
• Download and source links were already correct (Hangar, Modrinth, GitHub) and are unchanged. The page states no version, so nothing conflicts with 2.10.0.

Not changed: tests/content/projects-frontmatter.spec.ts uses arcr.onelitefeather.net as a fixture value for a validator test, not as a real link.

Overlap with #442

PR #442 (feat/arcr-images) also edits both project pages, adding logo/logoAlt frontmatter near the top and touching the links/title region differently. This PR edits the updatedAt line, the links.docs line and body lines near the end, so the hunks should not conflict, but whichever merges second may need a trivial rebase. #442 was not edited.

Review follow-up

Content review of both project pages (EN and DE) against the plugin's code and default config.yml, applied in commit d4716ca:

• Default behaviour: discord is enabled by default, but the default webhook is a placeholder, so Discord alerts only work once a webhook is added. The bullet now says so and links the how-to guide.
• How it detects clocks:
  • Counted components are redstone dust, repeaters, observers, pistons and hoppers. Comparators and sculk sensors were removed from the list because they are not counted at present.
  • Filtering works through the event-type switches (check.* settings), not by block type.
  • The WorldGuard filter now names the check.ignoredRegions list as well as the redstone-clock flag.
  • Detection pauses when TPS is outside tps.min–tps.max (default 15–20), not only when TPS is too low.

Event counting, clock.endDelay, clock.maxCount, the hopper logic, the filter order and the Paper/Folia notes are unchanged. The Discord how-to URL returns 200 for curl -L.
