refactor(KIInventory): fix buttons in KIInventory

This frontend PR is related to the PR#5318

Main changes explained:

• Update KIInventory.jsx to open the Add Item modal from the + Add Item button.
• Create KIAddItemModal for the Add Item form, validation, and submit flow.
• Add modal CSS for light/dark mode and responsive layout.
• Update inventory actions/constants/reducer for Add Item API state.
• Add focused tests for the Add Item button and modal behavior.

How to test:

1. check into current branch
2. do npm install and ... to run this PR locally
3. Clear site data/cache
4. log as admin user
5. go to dashboard→ Tasks→ task→…
6. verify function “A” (feel free to include screenshot here)
7. verify this new feature works in dark mode
