Patch the syntax typo by content instead of line number
When a pull request inserts or removes a line before parse_tokens in the watched script, this assignment overwrites whichever statement happens to become line 121 rather than the typo. The workflow will then either fail during compile() or, if the replacement remains syntactically valid, build an artifact from silently corrupted code. Match and replace the erroneous source text, or fix the script itself, rather than indexing splitlines().

Temporary exact-import work branch. Builds the reproducible Overture candidate SQLite as an artifact so it can be reconciled against the authoritative 480,463-row cleaned master before direct Neon import. Do not merge yet.
