Base-Sepolia USDC is FiatTokenV2_2, whose EIP-712 domain name is "USDC",
not the mainnet "USD Coin". Advertising the wrong name makes real
facilitators reject otherwise-valid EIP-3009 signatures. Ported ahead of
the #673 MCP feature so the payment fix can land on its own."
