central-publishing-maven-pluginfrom0.8.0to0.12.0to prevent Maven 3.10.0 release bundles being rejected because they containmaven-metadata-local.xmland_remote.repositories. This is the same plugin fix already used successfully for the Analyzer and SDK releases.One property changes in
pom.xml. This builds on the scoped credential fix merged in #75; the ECL version remains1.10.0-SNAPSHOT.Validation: POM parsing and
git diff --checkpassed. Local release-profile verification (mvn --offline --batch-mode -Prelease -Dgpg.skip=true clean verify) could not start because plugin0.12.0is not cached locally.
