This just adds security at the Path Item level, in addition to the OpenAPI and Operation levels. I also changed one use of the word "definition" to match "declaration" that was used twice elsewhere in the description. We could also change the "declaration"s to "definition" if folks like that better.

I'm not sure why the markdown linting failed, as it succeeded on my local machine. It looks like some service it tries to reach is down?

The last update was a clean rebase (no conflicts) to update w.r.t. the branch and re-run the previously-failing checks that have been fixed in another PR.

Pending @ralfhandl 's comment we should be ok with this PR.

On a side note: Once this PR gets merged I would like to finalize the deprecation SAF and open a new PR.

I'll rebase this once the markdown check stuff is finally sorted out, but I'm going to wait until it's definitely fixed to bother with it.
