The last update was a clean rebase (no conflicts) to update w.r.t. the branch and re-run the previously-failing checks that have been fixed in another PR. |

This just adds
securityat the Path Item level, in addition to the OpenAPI and Operation levels. I also changed one use of the word "definition" to match "declaration" that was used twice elsewhere in the description. We could also change the "declaration"s to "definition" if folks like that better.
