Move Kaggle MCP example out of toolkit

Reason for move

This example is being moved to the examples repository because it depends on an external Kaggle MCP server and requires a Kaggle API key. Since the toolkit does not control the server, data, schema, availability, or responses, it is better treated as a reference integration than a deterministic release-validation example. The toolkit still keeps the primary MCP e2e coverage in the self-contained calculator examples, where NAT owns both client and server behavior.
