Description

Updated 'get started' pages following stakeholder feedback. The main changes are:

• removed 'mini-hub' format for get started and scaled back to one page
• content now focuses on core prerequisites for onboarding (integration method, login integration, ODS code and MOU/connection agreement)
• /get-started/onboard-with-nhs-notify remains but is now a separate page - content added to the intro explaining you can only start onboarding if you've been invited to
• redirections put in place where necessary

• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would change existing functionality)
• Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
