Content looks great.
Inset-text component has some odd spacing but there are no rogue line breaks. May be an issue with the component itself.

Description
Improvements to NHS Notify /support/ page content, based on live support research findings: 2026/02: Live support research (Service Now)
Added inset text directing members of the public to the NHS website, explaining that NHS Notify is a messaging service for people who work in or with NHS England.
Added Get started with NHS Notify section, redirecting potential integrators back to our 'get started' pages.
Added signposting to our Using NHS Notify content, to encourage users to self-serve and only raise ServiceNow tickets if they have been unable to resolve problems themselves.
ServiceNow content and out of hours support content has remained unchanged, pending further conversations with Iain Rayner on how to proceed with further iterations.
