Adds minimal public fixtures for the DotMatch MultiQC module.

The files exercise the stable sample_qc.tsv and crispr_qc.summary.tsv report headers used by the module. They are intentionally small and contain no external sample data.

These fixtures are referenced by MultiQC PR #TODO and allow the blanket module-run test to exercise the new module.

The linked MultiQC module PR is now exercising the upstream matrix. Its Python 3.14 unit job passed 686 tests and failed only the two generic module checks because test-data main currently lacks data/modules/dotmatch. This PR supplies that exact fixture directory, so merging/reviewing this fixture is required for MultiQC’s module-run checks to pass.
