1.7.30 -> 2.0.18 in nui, nui-reflect, nui-gestalt, matching gestalt's recent bump (MovingBlocks/gestalt#176) and Terasology's own pin. No Android module on this branch and no logback dependency, so no compatibility fallout to work around.
