Summary

• Version bump 1.5.1 → 1.5.2 in both package profiles and both root lock entries.
• Promote the bilingual Unreleased changelog to the 1.5.2 section.
• Add release notes for the direct-engine G1 physics-throughput benchmark, ROCm Genesis optional profile, and HIP/ROCm inference-IPC event fallback.
• Release-only change; no runtime code is modified by this PR.
