Bugfix: books and other entry types were printed as 'no handler' - #10

Books were printed as "Do not have a handler for 'book'" with the raw record (Hansen & McDonald, cited by SEAMM's MD analysis). Adds an ACS-style book format and a generic one for other types, and fixes format_software, which passed self twice. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
