remove mdb-3504 and 3505 feed and datasets

Summary:

Removes feed mdb-3504 and mdb-3505 in the tables: feeds datasets, validation reports, feedinfo and corresponding 'on delete cascade' tables

Expected behavior:

No remaining record of the Sao Paolo mdb-3504 and mdb-3505 feeds.

Testing tips:

Tested in DEV and successfully removed all records relating to mdb-3504 and mdb-3505
