Greptile Summary

Replaced the old 7MB creating_banner.gif with a new 1.2MB promo_animation.gif rendered from Remotion, achieving an 83% file size reduction. Updated README.md image reference and significantly improved accessibility with descriptive alt text ("Python-Template features animation" vs "2").

  • Removed obsolete creating_banner.gif (7MB)
  • Added optimized promo_animation.gif (1.2MB)
  • Updated README.md image reference and alt text for better accessibility
  • No references to the old filename remain in the codebase

Note: PR description states file size is 846KB but actual size is 1.2MB, though still well under the 7MB target.

Confidence Score: 5/5

  • This PR is safe to merge with no risk
  • Simple asset replacement with no code logic changes. The PR correctly removes the old GIF, adds the optimized new one, and updates the single README reference. File size is reduced by 83%, improving page load performance. No breaking changes or remaining references to the old file.
  • No files require special attention

Unified color scheme: green+yellow primary, removed purple entirely.
Redesigned snake (green two-tone), emoji flag badges, and Scene4
(code particles coalescing into banner with gradient glow).

Only the rendered GIF should be tracked, not the Remotion source.

Increased scene durations ~30% (300→390 frames, 10s→13s) for a more
relaxed viewing pace. Reverted animation/ gitignore entry.
