This updates the NeoForge 26.3 build to 1.1.3.2603002 and fixes crashes when starting the mod or opening a world with newer loader builds. Earlier 26.3 builds still work, and existing worlds and skysgrassslabs-common.toml settings are kept.
The config registration accepts both LOCAL and COMMON. The newer biome modifier callback delegates to the existing implementation, so smoothing rules and feature order remain unchanged. README, changelog and release notes now explain the update in plain language.
Tested locally:
The main jar is unchanged from the manually tested candidate. SHA-256: 9ECD2337EB08B02FC70FB9D3A9111CD94BCDA84242A551F544E26F874204A2A1.
No local notes, logs, test runtimes or machine paths are included.
