This brings OreSpawn 4.1 to Forge 1.21.1. I've finished testing this version, and the automated build, runtime and compatibility checks pass.
It adds the mod directory, shared ore controls, biome replacements and dimension materials. Existing worlds keep their saved settings, and missing-mod settings are preserved. The build scripts are split into smaller files and the changelog and guides are up to date.
There are 188 passing tests, including a bit-for-bit check for a small noise-arithmetic cleanup flagged by CodeQL. The final jar also passes the packaged client and server checks. API 1 is unchanged; provider, global and world schemas are now 5, 8 and 7.
