This pull request updates the documentation for the Request-SPOPersonalSite cmdlet to reflect a change in the recommended command for retrieving users with a specific Preferred Data Location (PDL). The update ensures the documentation aligns with current best practices.

Documentation update:

• Replaced the example command for retrieving users by PDL from Get-MSOLUser to Get-EntraUser in the usage note for Multi-Geo enabled tenants.
