Resolves #45.
Update Gradle to 9 and corrected build.gradle, and since Meteor changed to JiJ implementation (MeteorDevelopment/meteor-client@8c638e8) we now use libs from Maven instead of leaving Meteor.jar in libs folder
Also changes have also been made in accordance with (MeteorDevelopment/meteor-client@33af759) and (MeteorDevelopment/meteor-client@5e5f3ec)
