Add ERC20 token metadata and PNG icons for two tokens on eip155:8453: Shift Extended Basis USD (extUSD, 0x4cE3ec1b7B4FFb33A0B70c64a0560A3F341AA2E1) and Shift Paradex Liquid Token (ltPARA, 0xaf69Bf9ea9E0166498c0502aF5B5945980Ed1E0E). Each metadata file includes name, symbol, decimals (18), erc20 flag and a relative logo path; corresponding PNG icons were added under icons/. Note: one metadata file path in this changeset uses the 'erco20' directory name as committed.

Rename metadata file to correct 'erco20' -> 'erc20'. This change is a pure rename (100% similarity) of metadata/eip155:8453/erco20:0xaf69Bf9ea9E0166498c0502aF5B5945980Ed1E0E.json to metadata/eip155:8453/erc20:0xaf69Bf9ea9E0166498c0502aF5B5945980Ed1E0E.json to align with the ERC20 naming convention.

Adding token icons for Shift Protocol products, witch is building the structured yield layer for on-chain finance. We turn complex, market-neutral (and pseudo-neutral) strategies, leveraging perp DEXs, into simple, liquid, composable tokens.
