SLR147 and SLR148 moved to Mozilla Data Collective, where their transcription archives require an account and accepted terms. Add the authenticated download adapter and parse their Transcriber files into speech entries.
The supplied archives match the publisher checksums. Full archive replays yielded 9,906 and 9,351 segments and held their round trips. Typecheck, lint, seed checks, build and all 1,379 tests passed on M3.
