fix(track): do not follow Chromium's line-end ghost caret (#387) - #391

Typing where a Discord line is about to wrap, the caret is reported for one key at the right edge of the composer (same line, a box 2 px higher and 5 px taller, 380 px right). Following it put the view on the composer's buttons. IsLineEndGhost skips that report; End and clicks keep the caret's box and are still followed. Closes #387. Field recording + trackLog (Discord, 7.4x): at a line wrap the caret source reports the caret for one key at the composer's right edge (2996,1944 1x49 -> 3375,1942 2x54), and the view landed on the gift/GIF buttons. IsLineEndGhost (pure, tested) skips a caret on the same line whose box changed by >= 2 px and that jumped right by more than 3 line heights; End and clicks keep the caret's box and are followed. Needs the user's Discord re-test.
Verified on this PC with all four PRs combined (signed UIAccess deploy): unit suite passes; frame-capture harness: held-button shake 0 jumps (27 writes / 564 moves), free and forced-lock pointer 0 px spread at ~6x; unreadable-ini test passes; tray layout key mid-zoom keeps the zoom; Inspect enters and exits cleanly (the crosshair is capture-excluded, so it was not seen by the capture). Not tested: mouselook in a real game (pointer hidden), which keeps the weld path.
