Graph: Chart of website proportion

I want to know where did I apply from. (linked-in, Zip, Indeed...)
I also want to know the proportion of feedback I have from all of them. ex: applied 10, feedback 3.
Steps:

• (new route) to get data from the Backend (Name, # Application, # Success)
• New Bar+Line graph that displays:
  -- Total (compounded)
  -- Total answered receive
  -- Line showing success Rate
