Decision: python.anyplot.ai — launch or delete the dead nginx block #9634

Low#10 from the 2026-07-08 audit, re-verified 2026-07-09: app/nginx.conf carries a full python.anyplot.ai server block (~115 lines, kept growing — #9617's TLS-depth fix and #9618's llms.txt location were both dutifully applied to it), but the DNS name does not resolve. Dead config invites drift.

Maintainer decision needed:

• Launch: create the DNS record + Cloudflare config, verify the language-filtered subdomain end-to-end, or
• Delete the server block (plus the docs/reference/seo.md mentions) with a one-line decision comment.
