feat: adopt the second edition of the dragon artwork and record the verified marketplace installation - #3

Replace the four connector and card icon files with the operator-selected second edition, unchanged: head crops for the composer icons (the card's 24 px mark follows the composer icon) and the full mark on a tile for the logos. Update the recorded digests and the README.

Reviewed the full source and documentation delta. All four icon files independently match the selected PNG bytes and canonical SDK digests. Independent13 rendered light/dark/state/theme-change/closed-network tests and Worker dry build pass; existing runtime logic is unchanged and its valid16-test evidence is reused. Current-head CI green. No material defect found. Deployment and installed-host refresh remain separate.

Adopt the second edition of the dragon artwork. The four connector and card icon files are replaced by the operator-selected second edition, unchanged: head crops for the composer icons and the full mark on a solid tile for the logos. The card's 24 px mark reads the composer icon, so it now shows the head crop. No layout, game, rules or API change.

The README's pending statement is replaced with what was observed on Claude on the web: adding the marketplace from the repository, Sync and adding the plugin worked; the plugin's namespaced skill started a game; the first card failed and one Retry recovered it. It also records the ChatGPT retry, the unchanged placeholder letter in Claude's connector row, and that first-load reliability is not established. Those observations used the first edition of the artwork, and the README says so.
Not claimed
The second edition is not deployed, in a prepared package or shown by a host. That needs this pull request reviewed and merged, a new package qualification, the deployment and an actual-host check. The SDK pin is unchanged.
