Adds MEaSUREs and BedMachine interpolations, as well as a few other tweaks to make the Kangerlussuaq mesh generation consistent with other GIS meshes.
Edits the geojson file defining the domain boundary extent to increase the gutter near the terminus and remove a section of thin ice that was narrowly connected to the rest of the glacier. These areas were problematic when optimizing with Albany.
