Quiz AI Project

This is a Flask-based web application that allows users to upload PDFs and generate AI-powered quizzes from the extracted text.

Getting Started

1️. Clone the Repository

git clone https://github.com/MH221B/AI-Project.git
cd AI-Project

2️. Set Up a Virtual Environment

Option 1: Using command line

python -m venv .venv
source .venv/bin/activate  # On macOS/Linux
# OR
.venv\Scripts\activate     # On Windows

Option 2: Using VS Code

1. Press Ctrl + Shift + P (or Cmd + Shift + P on macOS).
2. Search for "Python: Create Environment" and select it.
3. Select your Python interpreter.
4. Choose "venv" as the environment type.
5. Activate the environment when prompted.

3️. Install Dependencies

pip install -r requirements.txt

4. Set Up Environment Variables

Create a .env file and add any necessary configurations (to be decided).

5️. Run the Application

python run.py

Visit: http://127.0.0.1:5000
